Before enacting the first regional law dedicated to the publishing sector, launched in 2021, the Emilia-Romagna Region set up a participatory process to dialogue with players operating in this industry. The results of the focus groups are summed up in this report which contains their needs and perspectives, with a focus on innovation opportunities.
