This study anlayses the impact of the pandemic on the cultural and creative industries of the Emilia-Romagna Region. 

The data provides economic data related to 2020, even though authors are well aware of the fact that 2021 also represents a critical year. 

The analysis starts with an overview of the performance of the regional economy in 2020, so as to outline the overall context. It then focuses on CCIs, highlighting the major changes compared to 2019, before Covid19 outbreak. 
Specific subsectors are then taken into consideration: live entertainment and cinema, museums, libraries and archives.
The report closes with the presentation of the macroeconomic dynamics expected for the two-year period 2021-2022, for both the regional economy as a whole and for CCIs.
